Each year on March 2, thousands of schools, libraries and community centers participate in Read Across America Day. This national event brings kids and books together to commemorate Dr. Seuss’ birthday. The day also kicks off National Reading Month, which celebrates reading and motivates people of all ages to read every day.
Please join us in celebrating reading and Dr. Seuss starting from Monday, February 27th – Thursday, March 2nd.

- ild Things Are: Wear animal print or your wildest hair!
- Wednesday: Oh, the Places You’ll Go: Wear your favorite sports jersey, vacation T, or college shirt!
- Thursday: The Cat in the Hat (Dr. Seuss’ Birthday): Wear a crazy hat or stripes!
