Attendees: Justin Jeffery, Penny Armour, Susan Homer, Isaac Zeigler (virtual), Christopher Sharp, Jason LeGore, Julie McCutcheon, Greg Liddiard

-Meeting called to order (19:15)
-Motion to approve roster of SCC members (Penny), 2nd (Justin)

-Council was unanimous in the affirmative
-The following council members were suggested for positions

-Christopher Sharp – Chair -Jason LeGore – Vice Chair -Greg Liddiard – Secretary

-Motion to approve council positions (Greg), 2nd (Penny) -Council was unanimous in the affirmative

-Bylaws reviewed
-Mtg. dates established for the school year

-Some mtgs. may be cancelled if there is insufficient business to address

-Motion to approve mtg. dates (Susan), 2nd (Penny) -Council was unanimous in the affirmative

-It was agreed that the bulletin board will be used to post agenda items and mtg. minutes as an alternate to the school website
-Isaac and Julie volunteered to oversee digital citizenship week
-Chris will work with Jen to review previous activities associated with digital citizenship week -Review of available data from recent grade-level reading and math testing

-Budget review
-Land Trust – $50,500.00

-TSSA – $52,361.00

-Cell Tower – Current balance – $25,754.07 -Motion to approve budgets (Chris), 2nd (Penny)

-Council was unanimous in the affirmative
-Cell tower grants were reviewed
-Motion to approve all proposed cell tower grants (Greg), 2nd (Jason)

-Council was unanimous in the affirmative -No COVID related updates

-Playground is scheduled for completion by 01 NOV 2021 -Motion to close mtg. (Chris), 2nd (Susan)

-Council was unanimous in the affirmative
