                                             ii.     Celebrations

1.     DWISBA results came back and Park Lane did very well. The school has also purchased flag football flags so the students can continue playing football in a safe manner.

B.    Data Dive

a.     Review current 2025-2026 TSSP and progress towards goals

                                               i.     ELA Goals: Kindergarten’s goal is 85% proficiency. 1st – 5th grades is 80% proficient. ACC’s goal is that 70% of students increase proficiency by 15%.

1.     Scores come from the Acadience test.

2.     1st grade is behind their goal but the test changes so it’s hard to compare scores. Kinder, 2nd, 4th and 5th made great progress from the beginning of the year with 2nd and 4th grades already meeting the EOY 85% proficiency goal. Kinder, 1st, 3rd, and 5th are close at 77%, 71%, 83%, and 81% respectively.

3.     ACC has met their goal with 73% meeting benchmark or increasing their score by 15%.

ii.     Math Goals: 80% of K-5 mainstream students will be proficient in math. ACC’s goal is that 70% of students increase proficiency by 15%.

1.     Kinder made a huge jump, from 66% to 86%, and have met their EOY goal. 2nd– 5th have also met their EOY goal with 4th grade achieving 98% proficiency!!!

2.     ACC Math: they are so close, currently at 68%.

C.    Discuss and Approve Proposed TSSP and Land Trust Plan for 2026-2027

a.     Update draft in suggested areas per SCC recommendations

                                               i.     The BLT didn’t want to make many changes from the 25-26 school year. They are still using Acadience data and want to focus on increased Tier 2 skill-based instruction. With the approval of several legislative laws, tech in classrooms may be limited next year. The staff understands they will have to get creative with Tier 2 instruction. The school still wants to provide very targeted instruction. We hope to continue using extension teachers to continue stretching students who are above benchmark. Reader’s theater in drama has proved to be an effective way to push those kids! Considering returning to small groups within the classroom, increased parent volunteers, and/or leveled learning.

ii.     Proposed ELA Goals: K-5 will be 80% proficient. 1st grade will use the Nonsense Words Fluency as a good measure to standardize their scores.

iii.     Proposed ACC Goal: 75% or greater will achieve 20% growth

iv.     We plan to use some money for professional development and learning for Park Lane staff as well as Panther Paws initiatives, positive behavior reinforcement.

                                             v.     Proposed Math Goals: 80% of K-5 mainstream students will be proficient in math. ACC’s goal is that 70% of students increase proficiency by 15%.

vi.     The math goals did not change from the 25-26 school year. The math curriculum is changing for the 26-27 school year, and the staff feels that new curriculums often have a learning curve. The district will now use Amplify. The purpose of the change is to get kids to really understand the WHY behind the problem. To provide evidence of math facts. And without the ability to use tech as often (due to the passing of HB273) teachers will not be able to use STMath or Reflex software. Due to the unknown nature of how these changes will affect students, the BLT choose to keep goals consistent with the current school year.

vii.     We would like to continue funding a full-time school counselor. In addition to her counselor duties, she also fills the role of attendance monitor. The % of students chronically absent increased 20% and we believe her role is imperative to students’ attendance.

b.     Vote for approval and sign signature page

                                               i.     Motion to approve: Joseph Demma, Second: Kinley Garfield, Council unanimous in the affirmative

                                             ii.     Signature page completed

                                               i.     We are retaining 2 FTE per grade so there are no planned staffing changes.
