Junior Achievement Activities for the Summer

Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to giving students from kindergarten to high school the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for the future, and make smart academic and economic choices.  JA of Utah helps young people understand the connection between what they’re learning in school and how it applies to their lives in the real world.  The lessons taught in elementary school, starting in kindergarten through fourth grade, lead to a fun learning experience in fifth grade, when students apply these skills in JA Bizztown.

Junior Achievement lessons were started in many classes in March 2020.  However, to help students in all elementary grades to continue these lessons and activities at home, Junior Achievement have provided video links and at-home activities for students and families to work through.  Many of these lessons were linked through teachers’ Canvas Courses during the online learning period, JA has provided a link (click here) for students and families to work on them during the summer months.
